**人の目同等の検査精度**

AI（ディープラーニング）画像解析技術により  
ルールベースでは一律に決められない判定基準もAIでモデル化。  
食品のような個体差の大きな対象物には最適です。  
品質のばらつきがなくなるだけでなく、  
検査記録として残るのでトレーサビリティにも役立ちます。

**食品仕様のロボットで衛生面に配慮**

安川電機製HC10DTFPを採用。既存ラインへの設置を想定し、人協働ロボットを採用しました。柵なしでコンパクト！  
また、水洗いにも対応しており、洗剤にも強い仕様です。ハンドはベルヌーイ式ハンド※で、ノズル詰まりの心配もありません。衛生面にこだわった組み合わせです。

 

※ワークに対して勢いよく空気を放射方向に噴出させ流体周辺の圧力が低くなることで周囲の物質を引き付ける現象を応用した浮上式のハンド

Q 導処理能力はいかほどですか？

---

A 人と並んで作業することを想定したソリューションですので、流せる製品（AI検査量）は1時間に21,600個想定（360個/分）でNG品のMAX想定は600個/時と設定しております。検査速度については、お客様の検査対象やご要望に応じて、ロボットの機種を変更するなどし、個別対応可能ですのでご相談ください。

Q 導入後のメリットは何ですか？

A 人によるあいまいな検査判断をAIによる判断に置き換え、判断の安定＝品質の向上が見込めます。排除に用いるロボットは長時間労働で疲れることはありませんので、確実なNGキャッチアップができます。さらにNGデータを活用（見える化）することで原因の推測につながり、品質の改善にもつながります。

Q 裏面も検査が必要なのですが対応可能ですか？

---

A 製品を反転させる機構ユニットの追加を行い、表面検査と同じセルで対応します。どのように反転させるかは検査対象に応じて異なりますので、十分に協議してカスタム設計対応いたします。

Q ハンバーグ以外にも適用可能ですか？

---

A 可能です。さつま揚げのような練り物や、せんべいなど、ハンバーグ以外にも適用いただけます。
